Pigment Dispersion Chips

     "Shanhu" pigment dispersion chips are produced by pre-dispersing pigment with advanced special-processing technology. And this will keep the customers' producing process environment clean. With this special--processing technology, the pigment particles can be made as small as original pigment particles (2 micron). It can be produced into high-quality gravure and flexographic inks with excellent gloss,transparency, good color strength, easy to use, and low pollution.
     When it's used, dissolve the pigment dispersion chips according to the dissolving instructions(customers can adjust as your need). The pigment dispersion chips and the resin must not be mixed dissolved. After the pigment dispersion dissolved, then add the resin according to the customers’ need.
     We will produce other kinds of pigment dispersion chips according to the different customer demands to meet the special demand of customers in documents.
